FAQs

To maintain the quality and longevity, please avoid any contact with water, perfume or any other corrosive product.

  • We make sure all the jewellery we stock is gold plated between 0.5 ↠ 3 microns of gold. This means the thickness of the plating itself.
  • Like all gold plated jewellery, the more contact it has with chemicals (chlorine), soaps, moisturisers, salt etc. the more the gold plating will wear over time.
  • It also totally depends on the person, some perfumes are stronger than others and can be more corrosive.

If you look after it, it will look after you.

All of the jewellery is gold plated with either 18 or 24 k gold plating.

Yes! Personally, I (Georgia / co-founder) have very senstitive skin and can react to some jewellery therefore all of the jewellery we stock we make sure is hypoallergenic & nickel free. Nickel is what most people are allergic to / react to.

As we source other brands and stock their beautiful products there is a bit of a mixture. Mostly it is all on sterling silver, but some can be on brass (don't be fooled - Brass is actually a very durable material & also is less noticeable when and if tarnishing does happen)

So most of our jewellery brands are French designers that we find on our buying trips in Paris. Their ideas & creations are formed in their French offices/workshops & then everything is handmade by their makers / local artisans in India. Supporting traditional craftsmanships & family run businesses. It is then sent back to them in France, to be refined before it is then delivered to us.
