Online Shopping
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website.
Order Process
We aim to process all orders within a 48 hour timeframe. Please note this can take longer during busy periods when it may take up to 72 hours.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been processed.
Ordering through our website is safe and secure. We employ methods and systems which do not compromise your debit or credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. Please feel comfortable using your debit or credit card to order from our site.
Shipping
Standard UK delivery - £3.95 - 2-3 working days from dispatch.
*Express UK Delivery - £6.95 - Orders placed between Mon - Friday before 3pm arrive Next Day.
International Signed for - £10.00 - Please allow 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.
Please note that after Brexit, deliveries to the EU might have some additional charges that are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders placed using our Express UK Delivery option will be processed and sent out the same day of purchase; unless the order is placed after Friday 2pm or on a weekend.
Orders placed between Mon - Thursday: arrive Next Day
Orders placed Friday before 4pm : usually arrive Saturday. Please note this is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery for Saturday, although parcels posted Friday do usually arrive Saturday in most cases
Orders placed after Friday 4pm – Mon : arrive on Tuesday
Shipping Terms
All parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. We will contact you to let you know when the item will be back in stock.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
Late And Lost Deliveries
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch - this is only when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This can happen when your goods are delivered to your workplace. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
KayaNuka cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Packaging
For jewellery: Your items will be sent to you in a recycled plastic envelope containing an eco friendly cardboard box. Inside this box you will find an eco-friendly postcard with a hand written note and your product within an organic navy blue linen pouch.
For anything else (larger items) Your Items will be sent to you in a recycled plastic envelope wrapped in navy blue tissue paper with an eco-friendly postcard with a hand written note.
The material used for all of our branded business cards and insert cards are from Mondi, a leading global packaging and paper group with a focus on being sustainable by design. They employ around 26,000 people across more than 30 countries. Mondi also has partnered with the United Nations World Food Programme to help address food waste in the fight to eliminate world hunger. They are then all printed locally in Norfolk by Willow Tree printing.
FSC certification - Ensuring the products come from responsibly managed forests.
Ecolabel - Identifies products or services proven to be environmentally preferable.
Please be assured that we always pack your items carefully, securely and safely.
Order Cancelation
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed, please notify us directly within 24 hours. Call us on +44 (0) 1263 860 190 during office hours.
As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. After dispatch our Returns Policy will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products as set in our Returns Policy.
We are unable to accept order cancelations for personalised and bespoke goods.
Returns Policy
Any or all items from your online order that you wish to return must be received by KayaNuka within 14 calendar days from date of purchase. We cannot accept returns after this period. For more details please visit the Delivery & Returns section. Your statutory rights are not affected for any of the above, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.
Refunds
Once we have accepted your returned item, your original credit or debit card will be credited within 28 days. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).
Payment Methods
We only accept payment for orders in pounds (£) sterling.
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, PayPal, Maestro and Discovery
If you choose to pay for an item using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, the account will still be taken in pounds (£) sterling at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your purchase and payment secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the KayaNuka website. Our site uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including, but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

You must not establish a link to this website to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists or establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
